Book the mosque rooms
Masjid Iman makes its rooms available for private events. Here you can find prices, terms and the booking form.
What can you book?
The main mosque (1st floor)
There are enough tables and chairs for up to 100 people.
The women's section (basement)
There are enough tables and chairs for up to 50 people.
Both rooms together
Both rooms can be booked together for larger events.

Prices apply per 5-hour booking, including setup and cleanup.
A deposit of 1,500 kr. is also charged. It is refunded 3-5 days after the event if the room and inventory are left in good condition.
Payment and confirmation
Payment is made via MobilePay to 959597 under the Booking category.
A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and you have received written confirmation. An unpaid request is not reserved — others can book the same time as long as payment has not been registered.
Cancellation
If you cancel more than 24 hours before the event, the full amount including the deposit is refunded.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the event, the booking fee is retained. The deposit is still refunded.
Duration and time slot
A booking lasts exactly 5 hours. This gives time for setup before the event and cleanup afterwards.
It is not possible to shorten or extend a booking. Setup may not begin before the start time, and the room must be cleared by the end time.
Practical information
- You are responsible for setting up tables, chairs, etc. These are available in the rooms.
- You are also responsible for cleanup, and the rooms must be left as they were before the event.
- Food and drinks must not be left behind after the event.
- Parking is not available in the courtyard. Short loading and unloading is allowed. We recommend that guests use public parking nearby.
- There are no toilet or wudhu facilities in the main mosque. Use the facilities in the courtyard wagons. The women's section has access to both toilet and wudhu.
- Masjid Iman is an active mosque. Congregational prayer may take place during your event. Access for worshippers to the prayer rooms cannot be restricted.
- If you want plastic tablecloths, please bring them yourself.
- There are no kitchen facilities in the main mosque. The women's section has a small kitchenette.
Damage and issues
If damage occurs to inventory or rooms during the event, it must be reported immediately to the contact person provided in your booking confirmation. Any damage will be deducted from the deposit.
The deposit will also not be refunded if the rooms have not been cleaned up sufficiently after the event.

- We agree the time with you.
- Payment is made via MobilePay.
- You receive confirmation of your booking.
