The course is for girls and women aged 13 and up and is open to all levels — from beginners to advanced. Teaching started on Saturday 6 September 2025 and takes place every Saturday from 12:30-15:00.
Course Information
The aim is to learn to read al-Quran, improve recitation, learn tajweed, and strengthen memorization. The groups are primarily divided by age and language and, as far as possible, also by skill level. The teaching combines group instruction with individual guidance, practical exercises, and feedback. On the last teaching session each month, there are social activities and guest talks.
- Teachers: Mualima Maryam, Umm Yakine, Um Jalal, Um Shadi, and three teaching assistants when needed

- Language: Danish, with Arabic in some contexts
Price
- Members: 150 kr. per month
- Non-members: 200 kr. per month
Girls aged 13-17 can use a parent’s membership to get the member price, since one cannot be a member oneself under 18. Participants over 18 who are not members cannot use a parent’s membership for a discount.

Cancellation
Cancellation must be communicated in writing to +4522906480 via SMS or WhatsApp — not to the teachers. The cancellation only takes effect once the message has been received at this number. The deadline is the 22nd of the month; if cancellation is received after the 22nd, the following month will also be charged. If you register in the middle of a month, the full month is charged.
