Masjid Iman has become what it is today because volunteers have given their time and effort. Some have taught, others have cleaned, worked in the kitchen, organised events or helped children. Our entire organisation was built by volunteers. We have grown because people have taken responsibility and carried the work forward.
A living mosque takes more than good intentions. It needs people who take responsibility and do the work. If we want a strong Islamic community on Amager, we must help sustain it.
When you give your time and skills for the sake of Allah, your work can benefit children, families and future generations. Serving the community is a responsibility we share.
